Choose a home. Understand the community.
Compare the routines a townhouse needs to support.
Map your own priorities
List the routines that matter: arrivals, parking, outdoor time and visits to places you already use. Weight them yourself rather than accepting a generic luxury score.
Compare evidence, not adjectives
Replace words such as quiet, spacious or convenient with questions that can be checked on a visit. Keep transport estimates separate from confirmed distances and ask when they were measured.
Give unknowns their own column
An omitted plot size, boundary detail or access condition should remain visible as an unknown. Use the comparison to decide what to ask next, not to produce a false ranking.
