Confirm the exact home

Check the unit reference, floor plan and position within the row. Ask whether photographs show that particular home, a show home or illustrative material.

Look at the boundaries

Walk the garden and parking boundaries with the representative. Record which spaces are included and request the relevant documentation.

Reconfirm the commercial terms

For a rental, establish the stated price period and what is included. For a purchase, reconfirm availability and the current asking price. A catalogue snapshot is not a live offer.
